Okay first off people ask me why four Charlies. Simple, Bioengineering. Once you use that on him and get all four of him out you now have 8 Influence that cannot be called out and they add a plus four to any Saloon they are all at.

The Ghostrock Cannon is made very usable by the Pocket Watch and Chrono Accelerators. Give them all to the Charlies. They can't call you out to get rid of your gear. Plus the California Queen allows you to clear Dudes off of strikes with it as well. Also if you get stuck with to many actions you don't need right now in your hand start moving the Cannon around to allow you to discard a card. Keep 'em cycling.

Many little hand actions here and there to keep some of the problem cards down. Oswalds Chair and Auto-Incendiary Bullets help give your other dudes some wallop if they get jumped. It's also geared for a high straight flush draw.

The entire idea of the deck is to turtle up for a while until you get your big guns on the table and then go wild blowing shit up. It's made for fun, especially in multiplayer games.
